   西方国家，枪支习惯以英寸来描述其口径。照此换算关系，.45就是11.43毫米（如科尔特M1911手枪），.50就是12.7毫米（如巴雷特狙击步枪，沙鹰手枪），此外还有.22就是5.56毫米的小口径。
   其他的自己换算 一英寸等于25.4毫米或者1毫米=0.0394 英寸
   近似值就是常用口径了。
